So, today I found out there's a shortcut for paronicon named #voice, which stands short for something like ''Voice chat is not allowed!''
Now, I wonder when the hell voice chat was suddenly forbidden?
Back in the day, the use of voice chat was allowed, as long as you didn't abuse it (don't be annoying with it).
I think that somewhere along the way, someone decided he didn't like voice (or he just had that idea without inquiring about it first) and spread the word it wasn't allowed, and some years later it was just an accepted fact by everybody that it's not allowed.
Now, that's not the heart of the issue I have here. If the majority says they want to forbid voice chat in the server, then so be it. But what bugs me a great deal is warning/kicking with the reason #voice, when voicechat can simply be disabled by the server admin(s).
Personally, I would say we allow voice chat again, as long people behave while using it. If people dislike having voice chat they can simply disable it within their settings, so they won't hear it.
